I grew up in the French Alps and decided to move to the Netherlands to finish my psychology studies.
I greatly value the profession of therapist and the trust my clients put in me. For this reason, I try my best to create a safe place where you feel heard and understood. My clients describe me as caring and serene.
I am genuinely interested in knowing who you are and what you have experienced in life. Since each person is unique, the therapy I offer is always tailored to you and your specific needs. From the very beginning of the therapy process, we set your personal goals, and together, we work towards achieving those goals. The main techniques I use for that purpose are cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
I specialize in handling anxiety, low moods, traumas, sleeping problems, interpersonal difficulties, complex family dynamics, anger issues, and low self-esteem.
As an expat myself, I also like to offer counseling on problems related to living abroad. These can include struggles with cultural differences, learning languages, feeling lonely, and facing the horrible weather.
