I was born and grew up on a small island in South Italy. Over a decade ago, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and cultural exploration. My first stop was Australia, where I had unforgettable insights into the diversity of human cultures, languages, and beliefs. This experience inspired my passion for understanding the complexities of human behaviour.
Driven by this curiosity, I moved to the Netherlands to start my studies in Psychology. As an expat, I’ve experienced the challenges of being away from loved ones and familiar surroundings. I truly understand the difficulties you may be facing, and I am committed to offering support. For as long as I can remember, I always wanted my career to be dedicated to helping people. I firmly believe that we are “more than just the sum of every high and every low.”
As a therapist, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I use a client-centered approach, integrated with various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques, and mind-body exercises. This approach is tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
I understand that the decision to seek therapy can be intimidating, and I am committed to building a trusting relationship with you. Together, we can explore the reasons behind your feelings and develop strategies to cope with challenges. My goal is to help you build resilience, compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose.
