I’m a psychologist with a passion for understanding the mind and supporting people on their unique journeys. I grew up in Lisbon, Portugal where I lived until moving to the Netherlands for University.
Having experienced life across different cultures, I believe that everyone’s journey is unique and deeply personal. My therapeutic approach reflects this belief, and I aim to create a safe and collaborative environment where your story is honored. I work with individuals from all walks of life, providing support for a variety of mental health struggles. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Autism, and neurodegenerative conditions like Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and brain injuries (TBI).
In therapy, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and cognitive training. My approach is tailored to your individual needs, and I strive to help you build resilience, improve quality of life, and create meaningful change.
As an expat myself, I understand the emotional and psychological challenges of living abroad, such as cultural adjustment, isolation, and homesickness. I am passionate about helping others navigate these transitions and find a sense of balance and belonging in their lives.
I offer services in Portuguese and English and am committed to creating a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. Together, we will work on building your strengths and guiding you toward a life that is aligned with your personal goals and values.
